[GCID] Patch August 16

Hello Chasers!!

Update in preparation for the Grand Chase Team will perform maintenance to the server while Grand Chase will up on August 16, 2012 at 09:00 am Morning. This time it include the Nightmare Circus Part 2, New Pet: Little Ziddler, Rexion, 11th Gacha Rexion, Lebaran Event, Event Level Up Lupus, Lupus Free and Lucky Chasers!
